My passion
My passion towards theater showed up since my early childhood. I have a sacred relationship with the stage! I was always in school years the one who takes care of all theater projects and motivates everyone to participate. I have never experienced a feeling similar to that one I feel when my feet are on the stage.
After high school, I went to the Lebanese University to study theater, but life moved her away as it brought me back strongly in my 30s and I became the face you meet at all theaters and all plays.
I worked on my acting skills and attended many workshops and performances in Beirut, London, and Berlin. But I always said: If the audience was not close to your heart, you never have the same heartbeats!
In 2016, together with my friend the actor Badih Abou Chakra we founded a production house aiming to produce own theater and co-produce other plays and concerts.
In May 2017 I performed in a play called « Beirut at 5 » by Chadi Zein at Monot Theater and the play was repeated for another round in July due to its great success.
About this stage experience I can say: “There are no heartbeats like the ones you feel in the coulisses before the show! “
After that , I officially became dedicated to theater and shut down my other business to be fully present in Issam Boukhaled Theater.
And now If you ask me what exactly I do in Boukhaled’s Theater , I say: I’m lucky to be learning theater as I never learned before.
For me, being present in the rehearsals of Issam Boukhaled Theater is a treasured learning by itself.
